Otter lists "multi-language support" on its features page but does not publish per-language accuracy figures. Live captions are advertised for Zoom and Google Meet.

Subanana's product team publishes a public-safe Cantonese accuracy figure of roughly 95%, with Mandarin accuracy higher than that (Mandarin has more training data and less accent variance). Subanana also includes a colloquial-to-formal Cantonese conversion — turning spoken Cantonese into written Chinese during transcription, which is specifically useful for Hong Kong workplaces where bilingual code-switching is the default register. Otter offers AI Chat over your meeting archive (with monthly query caps per tier) and AI summaries. The underlying model is not user-selectable.

Subanana runs real-time transcription with simultaneous translation and an audience-facing display: attendees scan a QR code and choose how to display the live captions on their phones — source, translated, or both side-by-side, among the languages the host pre-configured for the event. This is the differentiator for events, conferences, lectures, and any scenario where you have an audience that's not all in the same Zoom room.
